Each design that you see on our pullovers/tees are embroidered at our home office. Please allow up to 3 weeks maximum to receive your order from the date of purchase unless otherwise notified. Most garments don't take that long to process, but we like to be transparent with our customers since some designs can take longer to embroider than others. We promise it's worth the wait and greatly appreciate your patience. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a USPS tracking number.
